Steps to add a new user to REV:
- Login to Rev and go to ‘Manage workspace’ under profile settings.
- Go to the ‘Team’ tab and enter the email address of the new user in the username field.
- Click on ‘add user’.
- Click on ‘Save Changes for 1 user’.
An invite link will be sent to the new user.
Note: Admin can also send the invite link to self by clicking on ‘send a copy to me’ on the left corner of the team tab.
The link will contain:
Url of the REV workspace
Reset pin.
Steps to follow by the new user:
- Click on the url and open it in your browser.
- Enter the email address and password of your choice.
- Click on ‘Sign in’. A pop-up appears to enter the reset pin.
- Enter the reset pin provided via email.
- Click on ‘Sign in’.
