Steps to add a new user to REV:


  1. Login to Rev and go to ‘Manage workspace’ under profile settings.
  2. Go to the ‘Team’ tab and enter the email address of the new user in the username field.
  3. Click on ‘add user’.
  4. Click on ‘Save Changes for 1 user’.


An invite link will be sent to the new user.


Note: Admin can also send the invite link to self by clicking on ‘send a copy to me’ on the left corner of the team tab.


The link will contain:

Url of the REV workspace

Reset pin.



Steps to follow by the new user:


  1. Click on the url and open it in your browser.
  2. Enter the email address and password of your choice.
  3. Click on ‘Sign in’. A pop-up appears to enter the reset pin.
  4. Enter the reset pin provided via email.
  5. Click on ‘Sign in’.
